Never pay outside the platform
If any teacher asks you to pay them directly via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash before or after booking — refuse and report them to us immediately. This is against our rules.
Report suspicious behavior
If a teacher contacts you outside the platform asking for money or personal information, report it to us on WhatsApp immediately. That teacher will be removed from the platform.
