Report suspicious behavior
If a teacher contacts you outside the platform asking for money or personal information, report it to us on WhatsApp immediately. That teacher will be removed from the platform.

If a teacher misses a session without notice, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will issue a full refund and that teacher will be suspended from the platform.
No. Sessions are held on Google Meet, which works on any smartphone. As long as you have mobile data or Wi-Fi, you can attend a session from anywhere in Kenya.
You can browse and book immediately. Many teachers are available the same day. If a teacher has the "Available Now" badge, they are online right now and ready to start.
We offer a full refund after the first session if you are not satisfied. Simply contact us within 24 hours of the session and we will process your refund — no questions asked.
Teachers set their own hourly rates. You can find verified teachers from as low as KES 200/hr. Each teacher profile shows their rate clearly before you book.
Yes. Our session packages let you book 4, 8 or 12 sessions in advance at a discount of up to 10%. Packages are valid for 90 days from the date of approval.
